Leela hospitality is always impressive. This time Madhav really served us well. We reached late for lunch but he arranged everything just the way we wanted it. We love coming here again and again not just because of the ambience and fragrance all around but the staff is so kind and knows their job.. kudos to all..

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at several 5 star hotels and this is the only one that immediately greeted us at the airport, they found us, not us searching for them! Our driver Mohan was entertaining the whole way to the hotel. We were very tired when we arrived but we really enjoyed our dinner at Le Cirque. My wife is very picky about tables and when the seats by the window were freed, our servers offered to move us. We even got to meet Anjjen and Ranjjen, the head chef and sous chef, respectively. Aiapaddas and Karthik made the brunch and dinner service at Citrus enjoyable. Aiappadas in particular is a very funny guy to talk to. Anush and Vikant made sure we were entertained, and we talked at great length with Suhil and Ubaid in the tea room. If you choose to stay in Leela, there are probably many great rooms, but we highly recommend room 250, the terrace wraps around the corner and it has a great view.

This place is 5 stars all around. The grounds are so beautiful, it is truly a tropical palace. The service is impeccable, everyone made us feel really special. The food at Le Cirque was fantastic, from both Anjjen and Ranjen. Ubaid and Sahil in the tea room were very attentive. Ubaid even made us a special plate of his personal favorite snacks, which was very thoughtful. Anush, the concierge manager made sure we were cared for, with respect to transportation to the airport. And Moran, our chauffeur was very entertaining. On top of all that, the rooms were clean and the whole hotel smells nice :) We will definitely come again!
